HD 25 Pair of black velour Ear pads with foam disc infills

Genuine Sennheiser velour ear cushions with foam infills for the HD 25 headphone. Sold as a pair.

Rental kit takes a hard life — flight cases, long hours, hot venues. Personal Headphones and crew headphones get passed between wearers, are worn for long shifts, and stored in flight cases. The ear cushion is the part that takes the most direct contact and shows wear first. A fresh cushion keeps the headset comfortable, hygienic, and looking maintained — the kind of detail that matters when kit is handed to talent or a visiting crew.

When headphones are unpacked form the case they should look cared for and well maintained. Foam rot and disintegrating cushions undermine confidence in your kit before a word is spoken. A replacement ear cushion is a low-cost way to keep your inventory looking professional and ready for work.
